  • 1897: 'Grey and Gold, Honfleur' was owned by Professor Emil Sauer (1862-1942) until at least 1905.

Exhibitions

  • 1887: possibly Exposition Internationale de Peinture et de Sculpture, Galerie Georges Petit, Paris, 1887 (cat. no. 193) as 'Bleu et or: Honfleur' although that may have been an oil.
  • 1905: Memorial Exhibition of the Works of the late James McNeill Whistler, First President of The International Society of Sculptors, Painters and Gravers, New Gallery, Regent Street, London, 1905 (cat. no. 139) as 'Honfleur, grey and silver'.
