These sketches were made in the court at Bow Street at the same time as Man in the dock at Bow Street Police Court m0679. It is not known if they were originally all on the same sheet. One study is of two men, the other of a corner of the courtroom, with several figures. As reproduced, these measure ca 36 x 60 mm (1 3/8 x 2 3/8") and 75 x 125 mm (3 x 5"). The original has not been located.
