Chelsea Embankment, with, on the left, the young trees recently planted along the Embankment beside the River Thames. In the distance are the lights of the Chelsea shops. The same scene was etched in 1888 by Théodore Roussel (1847-1926) in Chelsea Embankment with Albert Bridge in the Background (H. 6).
