A puffed sleeve.

This may be by Beatrice Philip (Mrs E. W. Godwin, Mrs J. McN. Whistler) (1857-1896) or by her husband.
A foolscap sheet, blotted with ink, which has been roughly torn down the left side. The sheet had been folded into eight and is slightly torn and dirty along the folds. The tiny drawing was sketched on the verso in one of the sections. It is the other way up from the letter, and drawn in black ink.
It was never exhibited.
