She operated as an antique dealer under the name of Mes C. Lewis Hind, and went bankrupt in 1932.
She married Charles Lewis Hind (1862-1927), a British journalist, writer, editor, art critic, and art historian.
In the 1911 UK census Henrietta Richardson Hind aged 49 and C.L. Hind were living at 18 and19 North Street, Westminster. The bankruptcy is recorded in The London Gazette, 20 December 1932.
