J. Bernard Partridge was a journalist, illustrator and cartoonist. He was also a stained glass artist and decorative painter.
Life:
He was a regular exhibitor at the Fine Art Society, London, the Royal Academy and the Leicester Galleries. Partridge was also a collector and bought a lithograph by Whistler from the Fine Art Society in 1895.
