In the 1891 census A.A. Hannay, his wife Alice Mary, daughter Margaret and son Henry were living in Finchley, Middlesex.
Hannay became a solicitor and was a collector. He owned Portrait of Alexander Arnold Hannay y473 and The Shop Window y377.
