Whistler's sketches show Variations in Flesh Colour and Green: The Balcony [YMSM 056], and The Last of Old Westminster [YMSM 039] recognisably. The third sketch should represent Battersea Reach [YMSM 045] but is incomplete.

Conservation History

The paper is now browned, and there is a hole in the middle.
