  • Date unknown: with Doll & Richards, 2 Park Street, Boston dealers (label).
  • Date unknown: with Arthur H. Hahlo, 569 Fifth Avenue, New York dealers (label).
  • 1931: bequeathed by James Parmelee (1855-1931) to the Corcoran Gallery of Art;
  • 1941: accessioned by the Corcoran Gallery of Art;
  • 2015: transferred from the Corcoran Gallery of Art to the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC.
