  • 1954: given to Lily Isobel Wright (d. 1965) , wife of Harold Wright (1885-1961), of Colnaghi's, art dealer, London;
  • 1962: sold at auction, Sotheby's, London, 28 March 1962 (lot 11) and bought by Agnew and Weitzner, art dealers;
  • 1964: sold to Thomas L. Howard, Jr, VA, July 1964;
  • 1985: bought by Knoedler's, New York art dealers, January 1985;
  • 1986: bought by Hope Davis, New York art dealer;
  • 1987: sold to a private collector.
